Cutting / Machining / Turning

A variety of shapes can be achieved by cutting materials from hexagonal to round, utilizing a process known as Hikimono.

Bending



Commonly employed for creating L-shaped anchor bolts, U-bolts, and similar items.

Large Size Products

We offer an extensive range of fastener sizes, accommodating up to M120.

NC Lathe Processing

Our CNC machines perform automatic cutting when numerical values are programmed, a process extensively used in

the production of precision parts.

Drilling

Our drilling process accommodates pins and screw threads, suitable for air or

oil holes.

Heat Treatment

We offer heat treatment solutions ranging from simple

to vacuum heat treatments

Available Plating

• Zinc Cr+3 : RoHs compliant. Available in both white and black finishes.
